Accessibility

Our commitment

Most of the people we work with are managing a health condition, a disability, or both. A website they cannot use would be a poor start to a conversation about advocacy.

Advalign Health aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We treat that as a floor rather than a finish line, and we review the site against it as we make changes.

What we’ve built for

  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible
  • Text meets AA contrast against its background, and the layout holds at 200% zoom
  • Images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers
  • Headings, landmarks, and form labels are marked up so assistive technology can navigate them
  • Motion respects your operating system’s reduced-motion setting

Other ways to reach us

If any part of this site is difficult to use, you never have to work around it. Call (888) 555-0142 (TTY 711) during business hours and an advocate will help you directly, including reading anything on this site aloud or walking you through the contact form.

Our hours are Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM ET.

Tell us what’s not working

We want to hear about it, and a specific report helps more than a general one. Email hello@advalignhealth.com with:

  • The page or feature that gave you trouble
  • What you were trying to do
  • The device, browser, or assistive technology you were using

We aim to respond within two business days and to describe what we’re doing about it.

Third-party content

Some parts of this site rely on services we don’t control, such as font delivery and image hosting. Where a third party falls short of our standard, we look for an accessible alternative.
