Support that does not stop after the approval letter

Getting approved for disability benefits is the beginning, not the end. Coverage changes, treatment plans change, and reviews come around whether or not you feel ready for them.

Disability care management means a care team that checks in on purpose, keeps track of what is coming, and picks up right where you left off.
