Health navigation
Navigate your healthcare journey with confidence.
Get personalized guidance to better understand your healthcare, benefits, providers, and the resources available to support your health and well-being.
Someone who knows how the system works
Healthcare is not one thing. It is a plan, a network, a set of providers, a pile of paperwork, and a list of things nobody explained to you. Health navigation puts all of it in one place so you can see what you actually have.
Your advocate learns your situation once, then stays with it. You will not repeat your story to a new person every time you call, and you will never be handed a phone number and wished good luck.

Questions about health navigation
Still wondering about something? Call us and ask. There's no obligation and no script.
(888) 555-0142Do I have to switch doctors?
No. We work alongside the doctors and specialists you already see.
If you would like help finding someone new, we can do that too. Nothing changes unless you want it to.
Can you help with a bill I have already received?
Yes. Bring us the bill and the explanation of benefits that came with it, and your advocate will walk through it line by line with you.
If something looks wrong, we will help you understand your options for disputing it.
How often will I hear from my advocate?
As often as you need, and at least on a regular schedule you agree on together. Some people check in weekly during a difficult stretch. Others touch base a few times a year.
